Exchanges

You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer (NEFT/UPI).

Not eligible

• Sale items marked “final sale”
• Customised or altered pieces
• Unstitched fabric that has been cut

How to request

Go to Contact us or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item. We arrange a reverse pickup where available.

Damaged or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video and we will replace it at no cost.
